Abstract (EN)

As a consequence of rapid increase in population and indutrialization, environmental pollution has become a problem all around the World. It is aimed to prevent such problems with the construction of common wastewater treatment plants. Common wastewater treatment plants are seen in structures where different industries are located such as Organized Industrial Zones. Many companies from different sectors take place in these indutrial zones. Treatment of wastewater in common wastewater treatment plants has a cost and this cost is covered by the companies which are take place in Organized Industrial Zone. When calculating this cost, approaches to contribute this cost more to the companies which have more pollution load will cause improvement in their process and change in raw materials which they used in production. It is aimed to reduce discharge of watsewtaer and pollution load in Organized Industrial Zone within this study. The pollution contributions of five different companies which are placed in Organized Industrial Zone are compared according to formulation as per regulations and proposed formula within the scope of this study. As a result of this study, it is seen that contribution price of Company A decreased as 2,26% while contribution price of Company B, C and D decreased as 3,23%, 35,90% and 8,56% respectively. On the other hand, the contribution price of Company E increased as 29,34%. It is observed that proposed calculation will cause a more fair distribution.
