Abstract (EN)
This thesis aims to develop a carbon quantum dot (CQD)-based fluorescent sensor for the detection of organophosphorus pesticides. Malathion, glyphosate, fenamiphos, and fosetyl-Al are widely used pesticides in agriculture, posing significant risks to human health and the environment. Since conventional analysis methods are costly and time-consuming, the development of rapid, sensitive, and low-cost detection methods for these pesticides is of great importance. In this context, the fluorescent properties of CQDs offer a promising solution for environmental monitoring and food safety. In this study, sensors were designed for the selective and sensitive detection of pesticides through the functionalization of CQDs via surface modification. The results demonstrated that CQD-based fluorescent sensors exhibit high sensitivity and selectivity for certain pesticides, indicating their potential as a tool for monitoring pesticide residues and controlling environmental pollution.
