Abstract (EN)

Public Relations activities and it?s impact on employees have became important in the parallel with developing organization structures. Advance technology, expansion of organizations and increasing industrialization, not only in production phrase but in many other phrases, leads daily routines, weakness in relations between employees and demoralization of employeesUsually individuals who are outside of organization are seen as the most important target groups by public relations but employees should be given same attention. Without increasing motivation it?s not possible to increase productivityThis thesis is about in organization public relation activities ?which is seen one of the ways of fixing lack of motivation problem and also Public relations activities for employees and it?s impact on motivation are analyzed and then employees in a non profitable public organization have been selected and surveyed about their perception of ?in organization public relation activities status? and ?activities effect on motivation? In the light of employee?s perceptions of relations as seen in the paper (gathered by questions asked to employees) some suggestions have been made.Key Words: Public Relations, Motivation, Relations in Companies
