Abstract (EN)

Employees are among the most important resources for companies in sustaining their existence by gaining competitive advantage in the world changing and developing fast where competition increases progressively with effect of globalization. In this context, an organizational climate based on volunteering differently from formal job description of employees which will ensure exhibition of organizational citizenship behaviors making positive contributions to the organization would positively influence employee's performance. Main objective of this study is to examine effect of organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior factors on employee's performance. Effect of organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior on employee's performance has been examined through this study. Survey method was used as data collection method and results were analyzed by SPSS software and examined by factor analysis, correlation and regression methods. Consequently, it is determined that there is a significant relation of organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior with employee's performance. In other words increasing employee performance and organizational climate was were determined to be powerful agent of organizational citizenship behavior.
