Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational climate sub-dimensions on cyberloafing behavior. For this purpose, the research was carried out on public and private sector (bank) institutions operating in the central district of Tokat. The research was carried out with the participation of a total of 212 personnel, 104 from the public sector and 108 from the private sector. SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 package programs were used in the analysis of the data obtained from the research. Structural equation modeling was used to reveal the scale validity and test the research hypotheses. In addition, t-test and ANOVA analyzes were used in the difference tests related to organizational climate and cyberloafing behavior. In line with the findings obtained in the research data, it is determined that the organizational climate sub-dimensions (organizational structure, recognition, support, standards, and commitment) have negative and significant effects on the cyberloafing behavior of the employees.
