Organized crime and to form an organization for committing crime (TPC a. 220)

Since first ages, mankind has organized towards their aims for being more succesful. In every field of life, organized mankind could achieve their goals more easily. As a matter of fact, it has been cited about forming the modern state that mankind organize by curbing their freedom and associate the power in one place called ?state?.However, organizing has not always been processed for the benefit of mankind. Since the first known states, crimes has been committed organized and as a result, proceeds of crime has been gained. Since the crimes has been started to commit by organizing, fight against organized groups for preventing this has always existed.In this research, first , the history of organized crime and its general characteristics will be cited. In this context, the species of organized crime will be determined and distinctive points will be expressed. After that, the most basic form of organizes crime, ?to form an organization for commiting crime? will be analysed with its components.
