Abstract (EN)
In today's business world, the effects of organizational justice perception on employees' job stress and work-life balance are becoming increasingly important. Research shows that a fair working environment within an organization reduces employees' stress levels and helps them establish a healthy balance between work and private life. This study has two main objectives. The first of these is to examine the effects of organizational justice perception on job stress and work-life balance. The second objective is to determine whether the participants' perceptions of organizational justice, work-life balance, and job stress differ according to demographic variables such as gender, age, and length of service. In the study, a survey was applied to 334 participants who were selected by random sampling method from individuals working in various sectors throughout Turkey. The survey consists of three sections: organizational justice perception scale, work-life balance scale, and job stress scale. The findings of the study showed that organizational justice perception has a positive effect on work life balance (Beta = 0.414; t = 8.266; p = 0.000) and a negative effect on job stress (Beta = -0.462; t = -9.486; p = 0.000). These findings show that organizational justice reduces employees' job stress levels and has positive effects on providing work-life balance. In addition, significant relationships were determined between demographic factors and organizational justice perception, job stress and work-life balance. Therefore, organizations should consider providing justice within themselves in order to reduce employees' job stress to the lowest level and contribute to providing work life balance.
