Abstract (EN)

This study examines in detail the "A Study on the Relationship between Organizational Justice and Cyberloafing with Demographic Variables" Organizational justice is defined as the perception of unfairness or inequality in the workplace and is a significant factor determining employees' work experiences. This research primarily examines the formation of organizational justice perceptions and the impact of relational and distributive justice dimensions on this perception.
