Abstract (EN)
The competitive between the organizations is changing rapidly with the information, tecnology and communication age. And with this rapid change, the concept of perception management has entered into our literature. It has become a necessity for perception management by establishing an effective communication by the organizations and achieving the target audience and establishing an emotional connection with the target audience. In this context; the need to focus on image management, reputation management and identity management concepts has emerged in order to manage the perception of the organizations they have built in the minds of the target audience. In this study, the concepts of organization, communication, perception and perception management are emphasized and the concepts of image management, reputation management and identity management have been studied. In addition, the perceptions of the employees about their counsels have been tried to be measured by a survey.
