Abstract (EN)
Purpose of this study is to examine the effect of organizational behavior on managerial decisions and processes of managers operating in different sectors. Within this aim, primarily organizational behavior was examined theoretically and sectoral definitions were made. Health, Tourism and Food sectors. During the implementation phase, a 15-question survey was conducted for managers working in health, tourism and food sectors. In the implementation process, survey managers were sent to the mail environment. In the administrators, questions such as gender, age, marital status, educational status, sector experience were asked. Apart from these, the questions asked to be answered according to the likert scale of 5 were asked. Since it is a group company, 77 managers were surveyed. The mass that the questionnaire is applied to is the middle and senior executive body. Questionnaires conducted in the SPSS 16 package program were evaluated. In the SPSS 16 package program, reliability analysis of survey questions, demographic information and frequency analyzes of the questions were made. T-test analysis of the questions of the questionnaires, ANOVA analysis, and so on.
