Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the effects of organizational trust and emotional labor behaviors on organizational commitment behavior were examined. The research was conducted in a social security institution located in Istanbul. In the study, there is a 45-question questionnaire that includes questions about demographic information, emotional labor, organizational trust and organizational commitment. 184 questionnaires collected from employees working in the Social Security Institution in Istanbul were analyzed with the SPSS 25 (IBM SPSS Statistics) package program and studied with a confidence level of 95%. T-test, Anova, correlation and regression analyzes were used to analyze the data. As a result of the comparison tests, statistically significant differences were determined according to the gender, marital status, age, education level, working time and duties of the employees. In addition, as a result of the analysis carried out, organizational trust and emotional labor affect organizational commitment positively. As the trust in the organization increases, organizational commitment also increases. Likewise, as the emotional labor behavior of the employees increases, their commitment to the organization also increases.
