The effects of organizational climate on organizational commitment

This study focused on organizational commitment and organizational climate which is considered to have an impact on organizational commitment. A literature survey has been made on the definition of factors and types of organization climate. The definition and factors of organizational commitment have been explained. Besides, forms of organizational devotion are mentioned. Then, interaction between organizational commitment and organizational climate has been interpreted via information derived from the literature survey. In this study, small and medium size enterprises in Çorum are targeted. Thus, theoretical part is supported by the applied one.Scales are are prepared in order to analyze organizational climate and devotion and then, these scales are applied to enterprises. In analyses, the important point is which factors increase organizational commitment and which ones have a negatieve effect on commitment. Meanwhile,cdevotion forms are discriminated and research is made in order to find which factors effect which commitment forms in which ways.
