Abstract (EN)
As a consequence of globalisation, enterprises need to adopt both organizational communication and internal image in order to achieve their goals in markets of fast and destructive competition.In the enterprises with poor or little organizational communication negative results occur. One of these negative results is the corporition image in the eyes of employees.An appliance was conducted according to data above in this study. In this application, the effect of organizational communication on internal image was examined and a survey on the employees in the Private Hospitals in Malatya was conducted and it was evaluated by means of SPSS programme.
