Abstract (EN)

Career is a serie of attitudes and manners that one percieves from the lifelong experiences and activities concerning work. Career management, on the other hand, is a process of planning targets and developing strategies that would provide opportunities for managers to compansate the needs of labour force and to help the employees reach their goals. Career management is a system which includes career planning and developing. The purpose of this study, organizational career management in the textile business and how as applied to reveal. Quantitative research methods used in this study is instant.The sample medium and large-scale textile enterprises registered to the ISO has created. Required data fort he research are obtained by the questionnaire. The data collected by the questionnaire are analysed by using the packet program SPSS 15.0. In the Statiscal analyse, Correlation analyse, Regression analyse, T- test and Anova analyse are used.In conclusion of the research, career management in enterprises application (63,6%) were found to be high. It has emerged that career planning and career development have a decisive effect on career management .Key Words: Career, Organizational Career Management, Career Planning, Career Developing, Textile Industries.
