Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this thesis work, is to obtain symptoms, reasons, results of organizational stress and burnout and how to solve them. In addition organizational stress and burnout effect for internal service quality are demonstrated. For application part; the secondary purpose of the thesis is to evaluate organizational workers generally as their administrative status. For research purpose, this work is applied from bottom to top hierarchically among 163 administrative personals as caring literature. The research is done three dimensions and three sub-dimensions way. In the result of this research, it is seen that organizational stress and burnout makes workers' job quality negatively.
