Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between the organizational stress levels and job performances of the academicians working in the foundation vocational higher schools in Istanbul. 340 of the questionnaires prepared for this purpose were evaluated and the obtained data were analyzed by SPSS 24 program. In order to determine the levels of workload, control and social support, which are organizational stress levels and organizational stress subscales, the frequencies of the data were interpreted in the research. As a result of the study, it was determined that there is a positive relationship between the level of organizational stress and the work performance of the academicians. While there was a positive relationship between workload and job performance in the sub-dimensions of organizational stress, it was found that there was no significant relationship between control and social support, which is the other sub-dimensions, and job performance.
