Abstract (EN)
Organizations are struggling with each other in the competitive environment of today's world. One of the most important factors that will determine the winner of this struggle is the employees. As a matter of fact, the employees of the organization determine the majority of the position that an organization will have in the market. Therefore, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational performance concepts stand out as the most important concepts. A questionnaire was applied to 260 employees in Kastamonu Municipality using the easy sampling method. In order to investigate the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance, various statistical analyzes were applied and the findings were interpreted.
