Abstract (EN)

The research is a quantitative study to examine the relationship between organizational change, organizitional memory and organizational structure. The universe of the research consists of teachers working in secondary and high school institutions in the province of Elazig in the 2019-2020 academic year. The research sample consists of data obtained from 1079 teachers determined by random sampling method. Research data were obtained by using Personal Information Form, "Organizational Memory Scale", "Effectiveness of School Structure Scale" and "Scale of Openness to Change of Schools". Data obtained from 1033 teachers with SPSS 22 package program; frequency, minimum value, maximum value, standard deviation and mean calculations, normality test, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. According to the results of the research, organizational change and organizational memory; It was determined that it explained 26.9% of the variance in the obstructive bureaucracy and 56.1% of the variance in the facilitating bureaucracy. According to the results obtained from the multiple regression analysis, it is seen that the variable that has the strongest effect on both the obstructive bureaucracy variable and the facilitating bureaucracy variable is organizational change.
