Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to determine the science-based entrepreneurship tendencies of secondary school students, who are studying in the central districts of Diyarbakır in the 2021-2022 academic year, according to various variables. The study group consists of 583 secondary school students studying in the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades. The data in the study, which is conducted by using the survey model, which is one of the quantitative research methods, was collected with the "Science-Based Entrepreneurship Scale for Secondary School Students" developed by Deveci (2018a). The questionnaire was provided to a total of 583 students in 4 different schools in the Kayapınar, Sur, Yenişehir, and Bağlar central districts of Diyarbakır Province. According to the study findings, science-based general entrepreneurship tendencies were determined to be high. The study proposes that General Entrepreneurship tendencies differ significantly according to gender, age, laboratory use frequency, and to grade point average, risk-taking tendencies differ significantly according to age, laboratory use frequency, and to grade point average, the need for success does not differ according to any variable, teamwork tendency differs according to gender, grade and laboratory use frequency, and effective communication skills differ according to gender and grade.
