Abstract (EN)

In this study, the impact of implicit leadership on job satisfaction through mediating role with leader-member exchange is analyzed. In this context, a 5-point Likert-type questionnaire was used as the data collection method. Data collected from people who work in foreign non- profit organizations in Turkey. The total number of 388 data obtained, the hypotheses of the study were analyzed by constructing a structural equation model. As a result of the analysis; implicit leadership has been found to direct effect on a leader-member exchange and job satisfaction. Another finding is the impact of implicit leadership on job satisfaction with the mediating role of leader-member exchange. Based on demographic features, there is no significant difference was found in the opinions of the employees regarding the variables of implicit leadership, job satisfaction and leader-member exchange by gender, education, age, and position. In the study there is a significant difference between the demographic characteristics of the employees regarding the leader-member exchange and job satisfaction according to the work experience, the leader-member exchange variable according to the number of foreign languages known and the leader-member exchange variable according to the nationality of the employees.
