Abstract (EN)
In this study, the transcription of a "tezkiye defteri" that includes the cases which were prosecuted before the Şeyhülislam, who was one of the most important members of the Ulema class are examined. This research also contains a detailed investigation of case records, court officers, occupations of witnesses, public or confidential testimonies accordîng to cases etc.
