Abstract (EN)

Mansurizade was a legist and politician who lived in the last periods of the Ottoman Empire. He was known with his ideas about political authority and ?sharia?s authorization? and these ideas reflect the perception of Sharia?s authorization in the Ottoman Empire, too.Mansurizade?s perception of authorization helps us to understand the perception of sharia?s authorization in this period. With this reason, we have tried to put forth Mansurizade?s perception of authorization in this study. First, we put forth the perception of authorization in the laws of İslam, then, we identified Mansurizade?s articles by scanning his studies related to the topic. At the end, we identified Mansurizade?s perception of sharia?s authorization by analayzing his articles.Our study consists of four parts which are an introduction, two main parts and one conclusion. In the introduction part, we introduced some examples of perception of authorization from the laws of İslam by analyzing concepts. In the second part, we gave examples about perception of sharia?s authorization after teh mecelle in teh Ottoman Empire. Finally, we put forth Mansurizade?s perception of Sharia?s Authorization. In the conclusion part, we finished our study by making a general evaluation.
