Abstract (EN)
The aim of the study is to examine the mediating role of organizational trust in the relationship between authentic leadership and job satisfaction. The data were collected via a questionnaire from 245 public employees in Osmaniye by using convenience and snowball sampling methods. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, Pearson correlation analysis, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), simple linear regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and Sobel analysis were used in the study. The findings show that authentic leadership, organizational trust and job satisfaction were positively and significantly correlated with each other. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that organizational trust has not a mediating role in the relationship between authentic leadership and job satisfaction.
