Abstract (EN)
Uncertainties of design variables disregard in traditional design optimization. But an engineering system or some of parts can expose to uncalculateded effects on operating situations. Reliability based design optimizations methods developed for calculating these kind of uncertainties when optimizing a part or a system. Help of reliability based design optimizations it is possible to reach the designs adhere to reliability coefficients when reducing costs. In this study, literature research has been made about reliability based design optimization methods and also an optimization sample on engine carrying bracket with HyperMesh and HyperStudy.
