Abstract (EN)
In this study, the importance of small or large scale companies gave almost the same concept of Total Quality Management and corporate management, the implementation of the concept of a large automotive firm, which is obtained as a result of the benefits it is intended to describe. First of all, quality, total quality, the main components of the automotive industry applied research of Total Quality Management. On a total quality management approach selected automotive firm reviews made in accordance with the customer's complaints and surveys also identified problems and implemented in accordance with the studies on the Total Quality Management of customer feedback and reflections of a satisfied customer. According to customer feedback, the success of the concept of Total Quality Management has been implemented, and the continuation of this system and customer satisfaction provided success to achieve the continuity of production and changes to management positions.
