Abstract (EN)

Self-leadership empowers individuals to take control of their actions and achieve positive outcomes, thereby having the potential to influence diverse behavioral dynamics and the success of projects. Research has shown the relationship between self-leadership and various positive attitudes, behaviors and performance. In this study, self-leadership is adapted to the project context and its impact on project success is examined through the multiple mediation of "creative behavior" and "job satisfaction". The research was structured as a quantitative survey, wherein data was gathered from a sample of 295 individuals employed in diverse sectors and engaged in project-based work. Research findings show that self-leadership skills have a significant positive effect on project success. Secondly, creative behavior and job satisfaction play a partial mediating role in this relationship. This highlights the significance of self-leadership in the context of project managers and team members, along with the necessity of establishing a favorable work environment that fosters positive behavioral dynamics, such as promoting creativity and enhancing job satisfaction, with the aim of enhancing project success. This study examines the results in relation to existing literature and offers suggestions for future research and practitioners.
