Factors affecting the private and public health facility managers motivation example Denizli

Motivation is one of the most important phenomena that shape human relationships. No matter what type of all enterprises, institutions and organizations to realize the common objective purpose of the right of people concentrate their efforts. The desired result, regardless of the business of the people in question are willing to get the job done, the job requires to adopt. That is the level of motivation of the individual providing this request.Professionalisation of the management of health care takes place in today's unpredictable. Integrated with his institutions, and his work fully aware of the duties and responsibilities of motivated managers, labor-intensive technology, which is known to increase the efficiency of performance of these institutions. Efficiency of highly motivated managers in achieving the purpose of the institution is trying to bring together provide a great benefit.This is the thesis; Denizli Province factors that affect the motivation of managers of public and private health care institution are discussed. In this study, the concept of motivation, importance, elements and factors, economic, psycho-social and organizational structure by examining the degree of impact methods described in the literature as the theoretical sections.
