Abstract (EN)

With the technological developments from the past to the present day, enterprises have entered into an intense competition. Competition to a global dimension has led companies to follow different strategies to get rid of financial burdens. Subcontracting, which is one of these strategies, has become a new method of employment in order to get rid of the operating costs of enterprises. Subcontracting enterprises Article 2 of the Labor Law No. 4857 states that some part of the actual work produced in one enterprise requires that this work be made to another enterprise, but that the employee required for this job is required to take part in the main operation site. At the same time, business owners are associated with the main employer-subcontractor. This market has brought about the problems of cheap and precarious employment. These disadvantages arise from the material and moral inadequacies of the employees. The material and moral deficiencies experienced by the employees cause low motivation. This lack of motivation can also damage the quality of the main enterprises. Subcontracting enterprises take place in textile sector as well as many other sectors.
