Abstract (EN)

Vic-dioximes have great importance since they are used as chelate because of the stable complexes with transition metals. Numerous dioximes and their transition metal complexes have been investigated. The exceptional stability and unique electronic properties of these complexes can be attributed to their planar structure which is stabilized by hydrogen bonding. The high stability of the complexes with vic-dioxime ligands has been used extensively for various purposes. In this study, anti-chloroglyoxime was synthesized, which is reported in literature, and ligand constituted anti-chloroglyoxime and p-toluidin was synthesized and its complexes with Co(II) Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) salts were obtained. The ligand and complexes were investigated by 1H-NMR, IR, elemental analysis. Key Words: Glyoxime, Metal Complexes, Oxime, p-Toluidine, Vic-Dioxime.
