Abstract (EN)
At this thesis work, in -rather short SMSE- The Small and Medium Sized Enterprises which are so important in Turkey?s commercial life about their quantity and their employment possibility; how to benefit from cash (money) and exclude money payment instruments and their activity ratios.This work?s main problem is: to determine the activity of payment instruments exclude money in SMSEs? commercial life. Here with ?activity? word, it means to say payment instruments activity and using ratios. To collect needed datas about main problem and subproblems, there is a poll form used which prepared according to Five Point Likert Scale by researcher.In this work, datas were formed widely with singular combing models which from general combing models. All the same, in some parts about some characteristics of SMEs? and payment instruments using and activity ratios, benefit form one way variance analysis, pearson correlation test and chi-square test.This research?s universe is the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises which in consideration of 3 millions and compose total enterprises 99,9 per cent in Turkey. Also discriptive study universe is the Small and Medium Enterprises, over 300, in Food and Essential Goods Wholesalers ?rather short GİMAT- in Ankara. 91 enterprises which joined the poll reserch and were accepted the sample of this research.
