Abstract (EN)

In this study, electrochemical properties of paracetamol was investigated at glassy carbon electrode by voltammetric tehniques. Voltamograms were taken in different supporting electrolyte by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and cyclic voltammetry (CV) techniques to determine optimum experimental conditions. Because of the sharp peak and maxium current, asetat buffer (pH= 4.51) was selected as supporting electrolyte for optimium conditions. The effects of pH on the peak current and peak potential for paracetamol was investigated by DPV tehnique. The effect of scan rate on the peak current was investigated by CV technique. In order to check accucarcy and precision of applied voltammetric tehniques, the amount of paracetamol was determined in drug tablets. Recovery experiment of paracetamol was also carried out from the drug tablet.
