Abstract (EN)
In this study, EPN species (Steinernema feltiae-3KG, Tokat-Emir and Heterorhabditis bacteriophora-TOK20, 11KG isolate) obtained as a result of the experiments carried out in previous years were taken into experiments in greenhouse efficiency studies from our country and Kyrgyzstan. Produced Phthorimaea operculella larvae in laboratory were infected with potato plants grown in pots under greenhouse conditions. As a result of the experiment, counts were made at the end of 10. days in the effect trials of EPN isolates (Steinernema feltiae-3KG, Tokat-Emir and H. bacteriophora-TOK20, 11KG) against the larval stage of potato moth [Phthorimaea operculella (Zeller) (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae)]. After counts, a mortality rate of 0.29 was detected at the 25 IJ cm-2 dose in the control and 0.29 at the 50 IJ cm-2 dose. However, at a dose of 25 IJ cm-2, S. feltiae-3KG, S. feltiae Tokat-Emir, H. bacteriophora TOK20 and H. bacteriophora11KG applications resulted respectively 92.08, 74.02, 58.49, 29.83 deaths was determinated. In the second dose, 50 IJ/cm-2, respectively 99.71, 82.19, 78.79 and 56.76 deaths were detected. S. feltiae-3 KG with death rate of 92.07 showed the highest effect at a dose of 25 IJ cm-2, and this was followed by S. feltiae Tokat-Emir followed with death rate of 74.02. H. bacteriophora 11KG showed the lowest effect with death rate of 29.83. Again S. feltiae-3 KG with death rate of 99.71 showed the highest effect at a dose of 50 IJ cm-2, and again this was followed by S. feltiae Tokat-Emir followed with death rate of 82.19. H.bacteriophora 11KG showed the lowest effect with 56.76 larval deaths at 50 IJ cm-2 IJs dose.
