Abstract (EN)
There are rapid changes on product and service demands of customers due to rapidtechnological developments. This, inevitably, results in business enterprises? serving productand service appropriate for changing consumer demands. According to retailer firms, whichhelp producer come together with final consumer, being able to last requires being preferredby the customers, serving quality to them and pleasing them. In order to both provide self-continuousness with profitable and active sales, and satisfy their customers, retailer firmshave to realize demands from suppliers and estimate suppliers? fulfillment grades of thesedemands. By this means, retailer enterprises need management of performance measurementand assessment for their cooperative suppliers. When multi-criteria structure of the matter is considered, carrying out supplier performancesystem and, accordingly, monitoring suppliers? performances by estimating create a fairlycomplex process for retailer firm. This study aims to put forth suppliers? performance forconsideration by designing a supplier performance measurement system. The model of Analytical Hierarchy Process designed for the solution of multi-criteriacomplex decision problems was used to form performance measurement system. In thismodel, by choosing a product group in the retailer firm, performance criteria belonging to thisgroup were determined, and Expert Choice software was used in establishing the severity ofthe criteria and the values of suppliers? performance. In relevant problem, taking indefinite and unknown data into consideration, fuzzy AHP wasapplied, and results were analyzed. Keywords: Performance measurement and assessment, Retail, Supplier assessment, AHP,Fuzzy AHP.JURY:1.
