Abstract (EN)

In the formation of periorbital hyperpigmentation, structural and genetic factors, aging and thinning of the skin and decrease in elasticity, increase in subcutaneous vascularization, as well as inflammatory diseases such as eczema and allergy are caused.Clinical studies have shown that vitamin K reduces pigmentation and improves the appearance of the skin by repairing blood vessels. Vitamin K is also a powerful antioxidant and brightening agent.Sweet almond oil has anti-inflammatory properties. It is used for moisturizing, soothing irritations and purifying skin appearance.Bijels are advantageous systems for use in cosmetic applications because of their viscoelastic structure, increased stratum corneum hydration, and the ability to contain both hydrophilic and lipophilic substances simultaneously.Various hydrogel and oleogel formulations have been studied for the Bijel formulation made with vitamin K and sweet almond oil and formulations containing optimum properties have been selected. The formulations were evaluated with parameters such as rheology, viscosity, pH, texture analysis, microbiological analysis and cell culture studies.
