Abstract (EN)
In this study, the introduction of the simulation program, which allows the prediction of the errors that may arise during the casting process, before the casting, its improvement and high efficiency (less scrap) to be poured, brief summaries of the studies carried out around the world and the case study we have carried out are presented. Analysis studies are carried out while the parts to be cast are still in the design phase. According to the analysis outputs, the details to be improved are determined, the design is renewed and the analysis is done again. This cycle continues until you get the best efficiency in the casting process. Within this framework, analysis and improvements were carried out for a sample design, it was experimentally verified and the transition to the pre-series production phase was achieved.
