Abstract (EN)
Plastic injection molds are commonly used in every area of the industry. The most important reason for this, the production of the seamless desired shape and dimensions caps are easily produced in plastic injection molds. The quality of these products depends on choosing the right molding parameters. Hence, a selecting suitable molding method is directly influence the effectiveness of the product. Using intelligent system, in order to see the effect of the molding method finding accurate and practice solutions are easier. In this study was made that a study deals with developing of a package programs and optimization for modeling of plastic injection mold. The study was preparing in the Delphi programming. An analysis of parameters which affects injection time such as injection machine, mould material, plastic material and geometrical shape of product was investigated. For purpose, an artificial neural-network (ANN) model was developed rearranging these parameters with different input-output. This model has ten inputs and two outputs. The input parameters are injection pressure, mould temperature, melting temperature of plastic, and specific gravity of plastic, the dimensions of product and shape of product. Output parameters of system are injection time and cooling time. Besides, the plastic injection molds for the cost calculation in a method for applying intelligent system have been developed. In this program, Solid Works and Master CAM programs were utilized for mould design and manufacturing time, respectively. The parameters such as several of plastic materials, the additives of plastic materials, the materials of mould and properties of injection machines were introduced to the program beforehand. The program informs to operator about dimension, compartment of mould to optimum design according to molding parameters and also calculation shrinkage amount of element of mould. The program calculates the real cost of mould taking into consideration the parameters such as cost of the mould materials, total cost of working and manufacturing time. After artificial neural networks and cost analysis of mould found, the cost analysis of a sample, which doing produce, is calculated by the program. Besides, theoretical and experimental studies were made to control accuracy of program and results experimental studies with the results of program were compared.
