Abstract (EN)

Artists of 1960 generation start using their bodies in artistry activities in order to realize their objectives. Artists use body as artistic work not as traditional artistic model. It destroys generally accepted artistic appreciation by separating the physiology of its body from aesthetic. Western modernism questions the darks sides of the management styles that nationalize the bodies, direct the behaviors, and order what to do by creating traumas in spectators. Artists emphasize, by ceremonial actions they apply to their bodies, the fact that the life called as natural is actually a number of models that are determined under the name of normalization. For this reason, the reaction of the spectator is not against an aggression made to them but it stems from the fact that their dependence to their habits made senseless. Body artists impose comprehension limits of the spectators by coercing the limits of their bodies. They provide to the spectators the comprehension concerning the fact that the body consists of much more rich elements.
