Abstract (EN)

In this study, electrochemically metal nanoparticle and poly (taurine) on multi-walled carbon nanotube or the glassy carbon electrode were modified. Single or simultaneous determination of B vitamins (folic acid (B9), thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), pyridoxine (B6) and cyanocobalamin (B12) were investigated at the modified elektrodes. The electrochemical behaviors of B vitamins were studied in the range of pH 2-12 in 0,1 M Britton-Robinson (BR) buffer using cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), and stasis voltammetry (SWV) techniques. Various parameters for single and simultaneous determination of B vitamins were determined by optimizing buffer solution pH (2-12), taurine concentration, taurine number of cycles, Au3+ concentration, Au3+ cycle number, Pt4+ concentration, Pt4+ cycle number, etc. The peak current and peak potentials of B vitamins at the Poly (Taurine), carbon nanotubes, and metal nanoparticle modified electrode surfaces were compared with bare GC electrodes. Also modified electrode surfaces were characterized by Atomic force microscope (AFM) and Scanning electron microscope (SEM). Simultaneus determination of vitamins B1-B6, B2-B9, B2-B6 and B9-B2-B6 were applied successfully on several modified surfaces. In order to test the simultaneous determination of B vitamins in this modified electrode, samples of various energy drinks were analyzed with square wave voltammetry.
