The desing of potential donor tracking system

The number of people struggling with organ and tissue failure-related diseases is gradually increasing. With the development of technology, although organ transplantation applications can be performed easily, the most important obstacle to organ transplantation is the low number of organ donors. Although some patients with organ failure have organ transplantation in a short time, some patients have to wait for years for transplantation. Most of the patients die during this period. Therefore, the importance of organ donation is increasing day by day. In this study, the "Potential Donor" candidates required for organ transplantation were identified and the experts and officials in the field of organ donation in hospitals communicated with the Regional Organ Coordination Center to increase cadaver-derived organ donation. At the end of the study, a web-based and mobile-compatible application was developed using ASP.Net, one of today's software development technologies. In the application, C # was used as the programming language and Microsoft SQL Server was used as the database. With this web application developed, healthcare personnel working in ambulances, emergency departments or intensive care units of hospitals will rapidly and systematically transmit patients with brain death or the possibility of development to the Regional Organ Coordination Center.
