Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this study, health workers with perceptions of positive management and teamwork can also investigate the impact; teamwork is more important than individual work, and positive is to describe the relationship with management. Demographic characteristics, see effects of teamwork and positive management will explain. Work, Bursa province in Central Bursa High Specialized education and research hospital was built on the running 156. In the literature, the study of the work created by the researcher using the positive management and teamwork scales were used. Has benefited from the analysis in order to test the validity of the scales used in the study. In the survey results, according to the participants' perception of teamwork scale scores obtained from their management scale with positive scores were found to be positive in enhancing effect. According to the analysis, the recommendations are as follows. The adoption of a positive management approach required a leader or administrator to get the necessary training in management, the experience gained and should be chosen from among persons skilled in the field. Should pay attention to the ideas of team members in the decision process and should be taken. Key Words : Team, Teamwork, Positive Management
