Abstract (EN)
American Academy of Pediatrics states that human milk is the preferred way of nutrition for preterm babies. Also human milk protein content changes according to laktational stage, gestational age , postnatal age and human milk measurement method. Because of the reason that there is no practical way of human milk fotification (adjusted and targeted fortification ) and growth rate in utero cann?t be reached postpartum, we planned this study. The goal of this study is in prematüre babies arranged according to gaestational age to find change of human milk protein in 5 postnatal week, to drive percentiles of change of human milk according to postnatal age ,gestational week, laktational stage, to help using of these percentiles to optimize human milk fortification. The human milk of preterm babies born in Gazi University Hospital and Sami Ulus Women and Child Hospital was collected one sample each week starting from first week until fifth week. During 5 week , weight , amount of human milk ,formula, human milk fortifiction status were noted. In the study there were 41 girls and 67 boys. In the first preterm grup 23-31/6. gestational week there were 49 babies, in 32-34 gestationl week grup there were 32 babies, in the last gup 34/1-36/6 gestational week there were 27 babies In all grups human milk protein level was highest in the first week (23-31/6 gestational week mean 2,29±0,84;32-34 gestational week 2,25±0,689; 34/1-36/6 gestational week 2,37±0,669). In all grups human milk protein content decreased as postnatal age increases. The sum of fortification and human milk protein content cann?t reached the target of AAP and ESPGAN recommendation.
