Abstract (EN)
In order to improve the quality of life, biomaterials have become widely used. Apatitic calcium phosphates are bioceramic. Hydroxyapatite and its derivatives are used to create new bone cells in aesthetics, orthopedics and dentistry. Apatitic structures have high biocompatibility but poor mechanical properties. Synthesis of apatitic structures is high cost because it requires advanced technologies. The study consists of two stages. In the first phase of the project, natural HA biocompatible and bioactive ceramic structures will be obtained using bovine bone. Bovine bone will be reduced to less than 100 micrometers and a chemical precipitation method will be applied. In this method, the Ca / P ratio will be adjust to stoichiometric ratios of 1.5 for HA structures. High purity ortho phosphoric acid (H3PO4) will be used during chemical precipitation. HA bioceramic powders will be respectively obtained using calcination process for 4 hours at 450 ° C and using calcination process for 4 hours at 450 ° C. In the second phase of the project, biocomposites will be produced by changing production parameters and using electrospinning method. Thus, it is aimed to obtain biomaterials with nanofiber membrane surface.
