Abstract (EN)

Psychological contract is a type of agreement between the employer and the employee, which includes non-written, mutual responsibilities. Psychological contracts are the perceptual contracts that express expectations between individuals and organizations. Organizational commitment is that the employee plays an active role in achieving the objectives of the organization, the desire to stay in the organization and making efforts for them by adopting the aims and values of the organization. In this study, the effect of sub-dimensions of psychological contract on organizational commitment was examined. In addition, this study aims to measure demographic characteristics identified as control variables on the relationship between psychological engagement and organizational commitment. A questionnaire was applied to 300 employees in the hospital sector in Gaziantep. The data obtained by the survey method were analysed by using statistical program. In the research, psychological contract scale was determined as independent variable, organizational commitment variable was determined as dependent variable and demographic characteristics were determined as independent variable affecting both variables.
