Abstract (EN)
Materials used in agricultural machinery in our country and the materials used in the production of equipment according to these materials Soil cultivation machi-nery. One of the most important parts of soil tillage parts is the end bars. Wear dis-rupts the function of the plows and prevents the machines from operating optimally. It also increases the annual rate of metal in the soil over time. Material selection in parts of soil machinery, manufacturing methods and all of the heat treatments are all with each other. In this thesis, different thermal and surface treatments were applied to 33MnCrB5, 60SiMn5, 51CrV4 and 41CrMo4 materials by applying abrasion tests under laboratory conditions, abrasion behavior was examined and the effects of the processes applied to the material were compared. Surface hardness tests of the samp-les were performed and microstructure and SEM-EDX analyzes were performed. Fracture and toughness properties were determined by notch impact test. As a result, it is concluded that 33MnCrB5-280 ° C and 51CrV4-315 ° C samples can be used as end bars according to hardness results, abrasion resistance, toughness values, microstructures and cost.
