Abstract (EN)
With the beginning of the use of radiation, both beneficial and harmful effects have emerged. Radiation is widely used in areas such as nuclear industry, industry, medicine, and nuclear research. Inrecent years, since the effects of ionizing radiation have been much better understood, a radiation protection system has been developed to protect individuals exposed to radiation. Within the scope of this system, a database has been created using the pocket dosimeter data of radiation officers, and the recording and evaluation of this database has been provided by individual monitoring systems through information technologies. In this study, a database will be created with hypothetical data based on internationally defined reference levels. This data will cover the pocket dosimeter data of individuals for 5 years in 2-month periods in addition to the personal information of the institution and the individual. Authorized institutions and organizations provide pocket dosimeters to users and obtain data after reading in 2-month periods and evaluate it through information technologies. This obtained data is transmitted to institutions and individuals. However, it is possible that some situations belonging to individuals are not processed on this database (annual leaves, pregnancy status, etc.). This study aims cocirculate theradiation dose amounts in tissues and organs in detail. Since comparisons can be made according to the data obtained from tissues and organs, individuals sexposed to radiation will be provided with a safer and healthier working environment. This study aims to facilitate data integration with a useful interface and includes the evaluation of the dose data to which radiation workers are exposed depending on their working conditions and some special situations.
