Abstract (EN)
Racecadotril is the molecule that has the active metabolite of acetorphan, which is used in the treatment of diarrheal disorders. However, due to its molecular structure, it dissolves very well in organic solvents, while its solubility in aqueous media remains at very low levels. The aim of this study, which was carried out as a master's thesis, is to provide information about the finding of a new dissolution medium suitable for racecadotril, the development of a suitable method, the validation of the method and its applicability in pharmaceutical analysis. In this context, Polyoxyethylene 10 Lauryl Ether (Brij-35) solution in aqueous medium was determined as the medium for dissolution analyzes and validation studies were carried out by developing the HPLC method.
