Abstract (EN)
As a metropolis, one of the most significant problems of Istanbul is known to be traffic problem. Increasing of rail system lines in the city and their employment by passengers is one of the considerable solutions to this problem, offering fast, reliable and comfortable transportation to users. For this reason, the importance placed on rail transportation in Istanbul increases, and accordingly, the rail system lines increase in the city. The increasing rail transportation in the city brings specific problems along with its advantages. Vibration is an important issue in rail transportation both from the point of passenger comfort or environmental impact.High standard service should be provided in rail transportation for passenger safety and comfort. For that purpose, the vibration problems in rail systems and control of such vibrations as well as the data obtained thereafter is required. In this study aimed at this need, a rail system vehicle under use in the Istanbul traffic has been studied and a physical model and differential equation has been created for analyzing vibrations. Later, a computer simulation has been carried out. In the simulation, real parameters for the modeled vehicle were employed. In the simulation using MATLAB-Simulink Software, a systematic that allows different road and vehicle alternatives has also been formed. In an effort to minimize displacement and acceleration of the vibrations obtained in the end of simulations based on time and frequency domain, Fuzzy Logic Controller has been used for actively controlling of vibrations in the simulation environment.
