Abstract (EN)
For producers, inconsistencies in the quality of the product obtained during the production process and waste of raw materials are the main problems leading to significant loss of income. It is important to minimize the negative impact of these deficiencies for both the producer and the inspection in production certifications. In this context, we aimed to develop a reliable web-based monitoring system for the data obtained from the production line for total quality management (TQM) and quality audit. In this direction, we have worked on the realization of a system design that will be tested in a laboratory environment as part of a field study by utilizing the components of Industry 4.0 and the strengths of Hyperledger Fabric blockchain technology. The designed system will enable the following: - Reliability of data collected from production lines and delivery to stakeholders and quality auditors through the monitoring system without any manipulation of collected data, - The data will be used for quality control, and the quality audit will be synchronized, - Standardization of product quality, - Improve efficiency and compliance with quality certification rules, - Development of new production monitoring and supervision technologies. In the thesis proposal, the aging room (the process of forming a shell and maturing of the dragee candies produced) is taken as an example of Internet of Things (IoT) philosophy by selecting sensors within the scope of the proposal made by the experts responsible for confectionery production. In this direction, a web-based monitoring system has been designed for the TQM process and quality audit, where security and reliability are ensured by using the Hyperledger Fabric structure. Production processes will be remotely monitored in a reliable and verifiable way to determine whether the requirements for production quality certificates are met. The proposed system has the potential to provide cost savings to businesses and improve product quality. The system is in the process of being transformed into a platform that can be used safely by enterprises and auditing centers regardless of size.
