Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is evaluate fraud crimes in official documents from the perspective of old and new Turkish Criminal Law by the light of the doctrinal opinions in a comparative way. In this research, fraud in official documents which exists within the crimes against the public trust has been studied systematically in new crime law; Turkish Criminal Law Code No 5237. Fraud in official documents, spoiling the official documents, destroying, hiding, mispronounciation during preparation of the official documents, fraud in terms of offical documents,terms and conditions requiring less penalty and legal benefits protected in the fraud crimes have been analyzed.
