Also, a t-test for the independent groups was used to find out the differences according to the variables of status, whether they ever got an award or had an in-service education, Finally, to find out whether there is a big difference in their thoughts, the test of Turkey HSD was used according to the variables of the marital status, the educational status, the ranking status, even the working hours and the number of children they have. As a result of the research, according to the gender variety, a big difference between the thoughts of men and women was observed concerning the family affairs. The difference arises from the thoughts of women. At this point, compared with the men, women see home and family affairs as a big obstacle in front of the careers of females. When the teacher and the administrator opinions were analyzed based on the variety of getting awards, there is a big difference between them on the issue of career obstacles for the females concerning family affairs, economic situation, school and social environment.
